The Swim Secure Universal Neoprene Swim Cap is a neoprene cap designed to protect against the cold. It provides thermal insulation and keeps you warm. The neoprene is 3mm thick. The cap has a Velcro closure under the chin to keep it in place.
I tried the beanie on its own and with a normal swim cap. Without the swim cap, it was a little harder to get all my hair under the cap so it didn't get in the way when I was swimming. That's why I recommend wearing a normal swim cap underneath the neoprene cap, it helps the neoprene cap to stay in place. When I was swimming, the cap held well and I didn't have to adjust it at all.
I was worried at first that the buckle was going to choke me, but I didn't feel it at all. I would recommend paying attention to the closure so that the velcro doesn't scratch you.
I would recommend this cap to anyone who goes swimming outdoors in the spring or autumn and wants to keep their head warm. It's not an ideal choice for the summer, it's awfully hot in a cap.

The British company Swim Secure cares mainly about your safety in the water. Their motto: “Be safer, Be seen” speaks for itself. The brand mainly specializes in swimming buoys and backpacks or pockets. The aids are used by beginners, long-distance swimmers, triathletes as well as professionals. Swimming buoys are generally not just for better visibility in open water. They also have other advantages, such as storage space for things, as well as the possibility of suffering a cramp while swimming.
