Fins are an important tool that should not be missing from your equipment. They make your training more interesting, help you swim at higher speeds, improve leg strength, endurance and ankle flexibility and are suitable for every swimmer.
If you're looking for your first fin or something for lighter training, BornToSwim fins are definitely something for you. They're lightweight (thanks to silicone), sit comfortably on the foot and have a closed heel and open toe.
I've worn a lot of flippers in the time I've been swimming. Different materials, brands, shapes and BornToSwim fins are some of the few that have worked for me. When I choose my flippers, I always look to see if they fit around my ankle, don't pinch my instep and especially my heel. And even though I prefer open heel fins, the fins have fit me beautifully in the store.
My biggest fear was the softness of the fins, but after a couple of pools I found that there was definitely nothing to worry about. Because the fins are softer, I was able to swim both the looser series and the more challenging ones with ease, and I was more than tired when I got out of the pool afterwards.
Another plus to mention is definitely the comfortable material. It doesn't rub anywhere, it adapts beautifully to your foot and you often forget you have fins on. At the same time, the fins also have a non-slip sole, so your foot won't slip when you turn around.
The fins are really comfortable and I could swim longer series with them. There are no rough ends anywhere on the fins that would grind on your foot. You can use the fins in the pool, but also in open water. And they will definitely be your favorite tool for most workouts.
In short:
Material is 100% silicone - Silicone is a very elastic and longlife material. After use, it is recommended to rinse under running clean water and allow to dry thoroughly.

Several professional swimmers who had already finished their careers one day decided that they would return to swimming what it had been giving them all along. With enthusiasm and determination, they teamed up with several specialists, and in mid-2015, the BornToSwim swimming brand was created. The swimming brand is one of the few domestic Czech brands that specializes in swimming equipment and accessories.
Its flagship is flippers, towels, swimming buoys and aids. What the swimming brand considers a competitive advantage are the colors and the great ratio of quality versus price. All products are available not just for swimmers. The design and logo of BornToSwim speak for themselves.
