The Arena Team Backpack 45 is made of polyester, measures 35 x 50 x 25 cm and has a total volume of 45 litres.
The backpack is divided into four zipped pockets and there are two bottle nets on the sides. The largest main compartment is divided into three parts so that we can separate wet items from dry ones. The main compartment can be comfortably packed for both training and racing. The larger separate compartment is great for a wet towel or swimsuit. There's also a smaller pocket for smaller items such as your wallet or locker keys.
The second pocket is breathable and great for things like shoes that need to be ventilated effectively. The other two zipped pockets are on the sides of the rucksack. These are good for personal items and small snacks - no-one wants to be searching for a protein bar all over the rucksack.
There are two carabiners on the front of the rucksack for attaching things. There are also adjustable, comfortable shoulder straps. The backpack itself is very light and comfortable to carry.
I would definitely recommend the Arena backpack to anyone who goes to the pool regularly and needs to carry all their gear and other equipment with them. When you get the rucksack, you will be pleasantly surprised by the additional light blue bag. You can use this either on its own or if you are going to the pool on a rare occasion with just a towel and swimsuit. You can also use it as a rucksack bag for things you want to keep together or simply to separate wet swimsuits.
